The WashG1 is not designed for carpets or rugs. It does not use conventional suction to extract dirt from carpet fibres, and its wet-cleaning system applies water to the rollers.
Using it on rugs or carpets can leave them excessively wet and may potentially cause damage.
The motorised rollers are also engineered for smooth, sealed hard-floor surfaces rather than carpet pile.
